How can I edit the .bashrc file

You can edit bashrc in any text editor you want.

vim ~/.bashrc

Depending on your distribution this file may be empty.

Show system information

        {
            echo -e "\nKernel Information:" ; uname -a
            echo -e "\nOS Version:" ; cat /etc/centos-release
